"Uneducated Fool" is an insult said by Georges St-Pierre to his opponent Nick Diaz in the build up to their UFC 158 championship bout. GSP, who is a native French speaker speaking English as a second language, often says things that anglophones find humorous because his attempted insults are softened in translation. Pound for pound is a ranking used in MMA of who the better fighters are irrespective of their weight, i.e. adjusted to compensate for weight class. As these fighters do not compete directly, judging the best fighter pound for pound is subjective, and ratings vary. In the UFC, there are official pound-for-pound rankings although debate around them is fierce. Abbreviated as "P4P"

Spinning Shit
MMA attacks that involve spinning your whole body, such as spinning back fist, spinning elbow or spinning kicks. The phrase was coined by Nick Diaz when he fought Carlos Condit in the main event of UFC 143. At 2:02 in the first round, Condit throws a spinning back fist to which Diaz asks "We're throwing spinning shit now?"
