Anytime UFC heavyweight Derrick Lewis is on his back with an opponent on top of him, he is often able to just stand up with seeming ease. This has driven comments that he doesn't use or need any BJJ technique, he "just stands up."

After defeating Conor McGregor at UFC 196, Nate Diaz, a betting underdog, said he was not surprised that he won. The exchange happened with Joe Rogan during Diaz's post fight octagon interview. "I'm not surprised Mother Fuckers!" has lived on as one of Diaz's many memorable quotes.

Originally popularized by UFC fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov, "Number One Bullshit" is something he would say to express dislike, disdain or disapproval for a person or situation.

Basically Clean
Chael Sonnen, a former UFC and Bellator fighter, once described his body as "Basically Clean" of performance enhancing substances. He went on to say "it depends on your definition of clean". Since retiring, Sonnen has since admitted to using PEDs while competing as an MMA fighter.

Is normal
Anderson Silva, a Brazillian who speaks English as a second language, says "Is Normal" a lot where an English speaker might say "Fine". For example, when asked how he feels during fight week, he responds "is normal."
