Sea Level Cain is Cain Velasquez at his best - at sea level. Cain Velasquez is known for having great cardio, but when he fought in Mexico City, which is at very high altitude, he gassed out early and lost to Fabricio Werdum. People think it must have been the altitude, so Sea Level Cain is born.

"Uneducated Fool" is an insult said by Georges St-Pierre to his opponent Nick Diaz in the build up to their UFC 158 championship bout. GSP, who is a native French speaker speaking English as a second language, often says things that anglophones find humorous because his attempted insults are softened in translation. Early in Dustin Poirier's career his hair was in a buzzcut, but at some point he grew his hair a bit and added a little bit of style, saying that one advantage he has over his opponents is that his hair is "Salon Quality". UFC fans believe Poirier has performed better since receiving his new haircut, and have nicknamed the new iteration of Dustin "Salon Quality Poirier".

Training Against Bears
Khabib Nurmagomedov literally wrestled with bears when he was young. Nurmagomedov grew up in Dagestan, where as a nine year old boy, his father led him out towards the edge of the forest, where a bear cub was chained to a nearby tree. His dad then turned on a handheld camera, pointed it at his son, and ordered him to the wrestle the animal. Khabib, even at that young age displayed technique and heart.

"Ratfuck" is an insult often used by MMA fighter Mark Hunt to dismantle any juicy sluts that annoy him on twitter. Colloqioally, "Ratfuck" means someone who cheats in a dirty way.
