Chael Sonnen makes fun of the Brazillian Nogueira brothers. Sonnen claims the Nogiera brothers, new to America, had never seen a bus before and thought it was a horse, and thus tried to feed a carrot. The story has remained a favorite in MMA fandom.

June is Pride Month, where MMA fans celebrate Pride Fighting Championships, a Japanese mixed martial arts promotion that operated for ten years, from 1997 to 2007.
