Chael Sonnen makes fun of the Brazillian Nogueira brothers. Sonnen claims the Nogiera brothers, new to America, had never seen a bus before and thought it was a horse, and thus tried to feed a carrot. The story has remained a favorite in MMA fandom.

Chael Sonnen, a former UFC and Bellator fighter, once described his body as "Basically Clean" of performance enhancing substances. He went on to say "it depends on your definition of clean". Since retiring, Sonnen has since admitted to using PEDs while competing as an MMA fighter.

Nurmagomedov grew up in Dagestan, where as a nine year old boy, his father led him out towards the edge of the forest, where a bear cub was chained to a nearby tree. His dad then turned on a handheld camera, pointed it at his son, and ordered him to the wrestle the animal. Khabib, even at that young age displayed technique and heart.
