At the the UFC 202 weigh-in face off, Mike Perry offered a handshake to his opponent Hyun Gyu Lim, removing his hand at the last second and yelling "You Thought You Had a Friend Boy!". The phrase has become popular among fans.

After Derrick Lewis knocked out Alexander Volkov, he took off his shorts inside the octagon, leaving only his underwear. Joe Rogan asked him why he did that and Lewis answered "My balls was hot."

Between rounds of Melvin Guillard vs Ronys Torres at UFC 109, a bag of ice cubes broke inside the octagon spilling all over. Officials tried to hastily clean up the ice, but knocked over the collection bucket, re-spilling the ice several more times. Then they attempted to sweep the ice through the side fencing and nearly left ice in the cage before starting the next round. Joe Rogan was on commentary and hilariously made fun of the ice situation.
Joe Rogan: "Wow look at all the ice all over the octagon. Oh that's a problem, someone spilled ice in the octagon... (about the cleanup effort) they knocked the bucket over, three stooges, what are you freaks doing? Everybody's booing."

Shadow Realm
The "Shadow Realm" is a place fighters go when they get knocked unconscious.
If he dies, he dies.
For situations when a fighter is losing very badly and appear to be taking damage with no chance of winning, and yet the referee does not stop the fight, the ref is assumed to be thinking "If he dies, he dies". Originally referring to referees Mario Yamasaki and Steve Mazzagati who are notorious for letting one-sided beatings go on too long.

I'm not surprised Mother Fuckers!
After defeating Conor McGregor at UFC 196, Nate Diaz, a betting underdog, said he was not surprised that he won. The exchange happened with Joe Rogan during Diaz's post fight octagon interview. "I'm not surprised Mother Fuckers!" has lived on as one of Diaz's many memorable quotes.
