Pride Month
June is Pride Month, where MMA fans celebrate Pride Fighting Championships, a Japanese mixed martial arts promotion that operated for ten years, from 1997 to 2007. Pride was home to some of the most famous fighters of that era, including Mirko Cro Cop, Rampage Jackson and Wanderlei Silva. The PRIDE ruleset was also more permissive than UFC MMA, permitting soccer kicks, stomps and knees to downed opponents and body slams directly in the head ("spiking").
Stockton Slap
A signature move of fighters Nick and Nate Diaz. The brothers often open hand slap their opponents during MMA fights, a move named after their hometown, Stockton, California.

Skinny White Boy with One-Punch Knockout Power
"Skinny White Boy with One-Punch Knockout Power" is a reference to UFC 135-pounder Sean O'malley. He is tall and lean for the division, but has some of the most devastating walk-off knockouts in UFC history.
Derp: "Why do people like O'malley so much?" Derp2: "Because he's a skinny white boy with one-punch knockout power. His fights are exciting - you never know when he's going to drop his opponent."

If he dies, he dies.
For situations when a fighter is losing very badly and appear to be taking damage with no chance of winning, and yet the referee does not stop the fight, the ref is assumed to be thinking "If he dies, he dies". Originally referring to referees Mario Yamasaki and Steve Mazzagati who are notorious for letting one-sided beatings go on too long.

Uneducated Fool
"Uneducated Fool" is an insult said by Georges St-Pierre to his opponent Nick Diaz in the build up to their UFC 158 championship bout. GSP, who is a native French speaker speaking English as a second language, often says things that anglophones find humorous because his attempted insults are softened in translation. Chael Sonnen makes fun of the Brazillian Nogueira brothers. Sonnen claims the Nogiera brothers, new to America, had never seen a bus before and thought it was a horse, and thus tried to feed a carrot. The story has remained a favorite in MMA fandom.
